We think it's important to update you all on the actions we’re taking in this crazy situation we call Covid-19. In this weird world of uncertainty It’s difficult to know what the right thing to do is at this time so we’ll continue to do what we always do, go with our gut and what we feel is best for you and for us. As a small with independent brand, we want to prioritized the health and safety of our employees, customers.

To ensure we do all we can to control the spread of the virus at Oaf HQ we implemented a work from home policy, effective immediately. We are currently working with a much smaller skeleton team so please be patient with us.

Our offices are still closed and we are continuing to work from home until its completely safe not to. For this reason our customer service phone line isn’t currently available but you can still drop us an email service@vitgirl.com or chat on facebook @Vitgirl with any queries you may have.

We are offering free delivery on purchases over $89. All the items can pay by Paypal and credit card.

During this period our couriers and our delivery services have also been experiencing delays and some border closures. We plan to carry on as normal the best we can and are also ensuring that we continue to support those that work with us, our creative community, our contributors and our factories in any way that we can.

Due to increased volume and the impact of COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in processing and shipping. Therefore, your order may take longer than usual to arrive and we are working diligently to get them to you as quickly as possible.

The email you received with your tracking information is the best resource for updates and the timing of your order delivery.  

In addition, we assure you that any shipping delays will not impact your return or exchange time frame. All returns and exchanges are based on the date your order was delivered.
